Perils of improper spam filters

This week Gene Weingarten (local columnist for the Washington Post Magazine) writes about some issues with spam filtering at the Washington Post:

Like the United States Constitution, the Post spam filter is a Living Document, forever changing to accommodate new circumstances. The Post, for example, had to eliminate certain words from its spam filter when it discovered that completely innocuous e-mails were being filtered out.

Like what? I ask Diane.
