I've been using Chimera since the 0.4 days. The 0.5 upgrade was a little buggy, and the 0.6 upgrade was buggier still. For a while I was flip-flopping between Chimera and Mozilla, just to have a browser that wouldn't crash (and take a dozen or so open tabs with it).
On a whim, I stopped by the Chimera homepage yesterday, and found this:
20 December 2002: Many useful features and fixes have been added since Chimera 0.6 was released. We encourage you to download and use the nightly build from 20 December. New features and fixes include the following:So far, this build seems a lot better. I haven't quite put it through its paces yet, but it hasn't crashed (or gone into a busy-wait mode).
