As mentioned elsewhere, I've been searching for a good copper ibrik[*] for a number of years -- not one of those thin brass-plated things that are so much easier to find. I think I found one yesterday, imported from Turkey of all places. :-)
I would have purchased it on the spot, except that it's got a tin-plated interior. I'm not sure if that's better, worse or no different than plain copper. Time to do some research (and start making some sugary caffeine mud).
