Now that Ally McBeal has been cancelled, perhaps Calista Flockhart would be interested in taking over the Microsoft anti-trust case from the attorneys representing the nine non-settling states. The news about the Gates cross-ex paints a particularly amateurish picture of the attorney for the states.
At least you'd expect an Ally McBeal cross-ex to be entertaining. As it stands, this one is just sad.
