The way in

The homepage for wehavethewayin.com is kinda neat. There's a randomizer for the homepage that pulls up one of 14 different inset images. It's also a lot better than the resurrected wehavethewayout, which is a stoopid registration page to get misinformation.

Image numbers 3 (Need a better direction?) and 8 (It's not rocket science) are cute.

Some of the style at that site is a bit too much like something out of a weird sales pitch for a religion. "Have you accepted L. Jesus Scientist as your Operating System Lord and Savior?"

Maybe. But the pretty pictures are still cute. Much cuter than that abstract cube farm graphic the other site has. :-)

The "way out" graphic is strange. I guess I understand why the way out is depicted as a window rather than a door (it is Microsoft, after all), but it seems to me than generally doors are preferable as exits.

But why is there light shining out of the window? I'm assuming that the idea is to escape from the maze through the window, but if the light is inside the maze, then I'm not sure that I'd want to escape into the darkness outside. I mean, we may refer to Microsoft as "the Dark Side", but surely they don't think that way themselves (even if they are opposing Sun)?

Ziggy, ziggy, ziggy! Please to be checking out my site at the above URL.. Also, look at index1.html (that was the original page). And don't forget to view-source!

Please pass this URL on to those you think would appreciate it, especially if they work for the "evil empire"...
