No, not that Twilight Zone. Feh. Forest Whitaker should have looked for another movie script instead of trying to get face time on "network" TV.
No, I mean the second production of the Twilight Zone, complete with theme music from the Grateful Dead, a haunting, disembodied voice for a narrator, and stories that are still fresh in your mind 20 years later. That Twilight Zone. Season One is out on DVD today, and Season Two should be out on March 29, 2005.
As an added bonus, the original series is finally being [re-[re-]]released season by season. Season One is available on DVD now, and Season Two should be available on March 29th as well.
With everything else going on in the world this week, I'm not going to blow $100+ in a fit of self-indulgent nostalgia. There are much better ways to spread that kind of scratch around. But it's nice to know that I finally can see those stories again. Soon.
