Yeah, I watched the election returns last night. The prognostications changed about as quickly as a frozen snail running uphill in winter. With the electorate so evenly divided, watching the results unfold was about as exciting.
What to do? Whenever I find myself in such a mind-numbing situation (like counting to 270), I try and do something productive, like practice writing out hiragana and katakana.
Works for boring meetings, too!
