I've been trying to get in touch with Revenue Canada off and on this week. Every time I try, I either get a busy signal or a ring-no-answer/"Your party is unavailable, please hang up" message.
All I really need are a few simple pieces of information. Had I had the sense to just ask Google in the first place, things would have been much easier. What Revenue Canada will not say (or will only say before 9am, when no one is bothering to call) is easily found within three clicks from Google.
Duh.
