(It's kinda cute, really. Styled as a reproduction of a "150 Aears Ago in Scientific American" revival, it depicts what appears to be an artist's rendering for Babbage's first Difference Engine (never built), or more likely the knock-off produced by that other fellow (the one that never actually worked). And it's from 2009, no less...)
