Everyone who is anyone has created their own low carb/no carb diet by now. Atkins is the most widely known, but the South Beach Diet is this season's media darling.

Here is a new variation on that same thing. I present to you the Conneticut Supermom Diet. It's even easier to follow than those diets that need best-selling books to explain themselves:

  • Don't eat so damned much, you pig!
  • Don't eat anything that comes out of a box.
  • Stuff from a bakery is for the kids, not for you.

you forgot: drink coffee all day long, every day, until 5:00, then switch to wine.

What kind of wine? Is it cheap red wine, or one of those healthy wines from New York State?

There are three grades -- drinking alone (Hogue Cabernet-Merlot, Yellowtail Shiraz, etc.), drinking with friends (Dry Creek Cab, etc.), and "I Hauled it Back from California Myself."
