I stopped by the Hydra homepage today to find all references to the name of the app expunged, both in text and graphics. This item was on the news page:

Due to legal issues we removed any occurance of the application's former name and replaced it with "#####". As of now we are trying to resolve the issues and are searching for a new name, if you want to help us feel free to drop us an email.

The main GSE page still points to Hydra, too, although I can think of plenty of good reasons for that. (Not as many good reasons as for the subdomain to still be there, but still...)
