BuyMusic is attempting to unseat Apple's newly minted dominance in online digital music sales. Their ads are reminiscent of Apple's ads for iPod and the iTunes Music Store, complete with dorky people dancing and singing along to Superfreak playing on their iPods.
They're also advertising that tracks start at 79¢ each.
But their store is retrograde in one respect: you can't actually buy music there:
