NBC has retained General Montgomery (Monty) Meigs as a member of it's panel of retired generals/military analysts.
Every time Tom Brokaw asks a question of Gen. Meigs, all I can think about is the sicko who was incarcerated in the cell next to Hannibal Lecter in Silence of the Lambs.
