Wow, RT looks pretty cool. The only thing close to it I've used was ArsDigita's ticket tracker module, which sucked. This looks way better than that.
We actually have RT at pobox but I haven't used it much. (My main experience with it is getting confused by the UI and whining to Robert about it. :-) I need to resolve to give it another chance when I get back.
