I've been itching to try out KDE 3.0 after seeing the screenshots and reading some very good reviews. So off I go to the install site and my face turns white as I see all those rpm's.
Installing those rpm's manually will be about as fun as getting my teeth pulled as I hate the bloody dependency game you have to play.
Never fear, just use apt, I thought to myself:[root@alyssa vek]# apt-get install task-kde

Bugger. Looks like I'm back to the pulling teeth method :-)
