I'm starting to get a little worried about the battery in my laptop. According to the power meter, I had 44% of the battery remaining. Nope, crapped out on me. Happened last night too - supposedly I had 34% of the battery remaining when it died :-(

I just bought myself a couple of additional Apple iBook batteries, 'cause you just
know that when the line is discontinued you won't be able to get your hands on them.

I've had lots of trouble with apm/acpi on Linux. I think laptops get a pretty raw deal when it comes to kernel development...
