as my mother used to say. umm. does still say. i think i can safely document my useless perl skills here.

today i learned how to (somewhat) effectively use DBI. *watching everyone take a huge step back* and hashes. *sigh* dear god, i feel like the new kid in the class wearing the wrong style of clothes.
