Everything has worked out nicely. A new spanking version of Net::DNS has been uploaded to CPAN. I talked to Rob Brown, he was very apologitic, and had some kind words, so that worked out well in the end. Thanks Rob for understanding where I was coming from. Now send me bug reports!
