Random Notes:
I lost about 4 hours of my life last night to EV Nova. Brings me back to my days in high school, but it's even better now - I can log into my mac from my FreeBSD box and watch EV in top. I did it too, just cause I can!
I really meant to work on Net::DNS today, but I got side tracked. On a good note though, someone send me a 19k (!) patch to add DNSSEC support to Net::DNS. I don't think it will make the upcoming CPAN release, but it looks good. The author was even willing to fix it up to merge nice with my cvs version.
I met a new girl, liked her a lot, and she ditched me like a bad habit. Then I had a drink.
OS X is just about perfect. I have BBEdit, I have photoshop (soon to be OS X native!!), I have cvs, I have unix perl, I have mod_perl. Right now on my desktop there is a complete copy of the DynDNS.org's system running. I'm about 40 times more productive doing it this way then I when I was doing developement on a remote server. For my next trick I'm thinking about writing a coca front end to perl's Configure script, just to learn coca (and I think it would be neet, if not useless).
Went and saw a local band play with the girl that ditched me. Really good band, check em out.
