Happy New Year, everyone.. I just wished my friend in NJ (what the hell was he doing at home, sober on the 1st of January ? :o)
My list of resolutions.. (the tech stuff, at least)
Read Object oriented Perl, start to finish and actually USE the material in the book
Learn C# (I'm cheating, I spent most of my vacation trying to figure it out.. its harder than it seems because I've never used a MS programming language or Visual Studio before)
Get started on applications to go to grad school *fringe benefit: my mom will let up on the subject.. blessed peace*
Submit a module to CPAN
Get a certification of some sort (OCP seems useful, Sun cert might also be nice)
practice enough Warcraft 3 to actually not suck so much at team games.. (heh, not easy, this)
Get in touch with all the ppl that I've sorta drifted away from over the years.. (some friends from school that I havent seen for err.. almost a decade), ppl from university, ppl I used to hang out with in my earlier job)
There are SURE to be more.. ;)
