I decided it is time to take control over my body, this morning I had 10 differnet pills to stay healthy, this is clearly not healthy!
So I decided to join the closest health spa and fitness center to me. It is a very nice place called Sturebadet. What is nice is that a good healthy breakfeast is included, along with towels and a robe so I don't realy need ot carry along alot of stuff with me. I bought a card for a year together with my SO and now I better use it!
