I'm in a training class today titled "Open Source Software in Libaries". The first topic was the instructor's definition of open sources. The second topic, Perl.
Cool.
The next thing was even cooler - I wittnessed everyone in the lab write their first hello world program in Perl. I actually got butterflies in my stomach. It's a difficult feeling to explain.

What do you charge for a "Hello World"? And are they custom, or are you just doing the install?
