Thanks to cwest (after digging through hundreds of log entries -- man, have I been gone too long), I've got Movable Type and use.perl.org sync'd and working.
Mozilla (on the Win32 platform) doesn't seem to like Movable Type. The input boxes are all one character wide ... *sigh*
