You might want to integrate your tutorials into the mod_perl website:
perl.apache.org. I'm sure Stas appreciates any input..
This and the following two chapters are a very good introduction on how to contribute to the (exccelent) mod_perl documentation

I want to second the suggestion of adding your work to the main docs. The group would appreciate it, and more people will find it that way.
