Yesterday, I was sitting on the couch reading a book on some local hikes in OC, when my wife says we need to go to the nursery and buy some plants and soil, then run some other errands. We pack up the kids, and a visiting friend, and drive off when she says to the friend, "Hey we should go to that nursery in Laguna Canyon"...then when we get to the nursery they all say "surprise", and we go on a nice little 5-mile hike. We didn't buy any plants or soil, but it was the best "nursery" I'd ever been to :-)
