I tried to support my local brick n mortar BnN bookstore, and order MJD's new book, but customer service said it would cost the full list price of 59.95 to pick it up at the store (plus tax I believe), or, they say, 41.95 if they deliver it straight to my home. But then there would be 3.95 for shipping...so, I just ordered it online, got free shipping, and since I've got a BN membership, a 10% discount. Which, when you add it all up, was about a dollar more than if I had ordered it from bookpool :-)
