I've found at least two places where the SOAP specifications (both the 1.1 and draft-1.2 specs) are ambiguous. In one place, the issue is a minor one, and not likely to cause any problem. If you search around the web long enough (yay Google), you can determine the clarification.
But the second one is much more significant, from my point of view at least. It deals with issues around multiple intermediaries (nodes) and determining who the final recipient of a message is. And that's important, since the wrong final recipient would probably be bad, from an end-user point of view.
