If you mean deceiving customers with an internal website different than the external one with missing prices/discounts....
If you mean never honoring service plans, or soldering laptop motherboards instead of replacing them...
If you mean prices bloated compared to the Internet...like NewEgg...
Then yes, they're innovative.
