At PPW a hallway track discussion came up about having a test on CPAN that could test database conformance with the various SQL standards.
I am attempting to do some resarch on this and am not finding a good free reference for the SQL standards.
This is what I have found so far but it is not free.
You can kind of think of this as Acid2 for databases.
You can't get the final version for free, but usually you can find drafts for the standard. The final draft usually is quite close to the actual standard.
