When I was university in Southampton, there was a classy place called 'Clowns' where their happy hour on a friday was 2pm to 2am. For 5 UKP you could get a quadruple vodka, blue curaçao, and orange juice (in a pint glass).vodka, curaçao, crushed ice.
The main side effect was that your tongue turned green and you staggered home. That's my kind of Perl cocktail
