Hellmouth DNS

I'm installing RT at work. Looking at the example configuration files, I notice domain names like asylum.arkham.ma.us. I wonder if there is somewhere a collection of the funny little geekish examples like this.

How easy is RT?

We need a system at work, and I keep looking at RT, it looks like it would solve some of our problems, So what you you think of it?

I've used it as an end user from CPAN, but setting it up and running it is somewhat different.

For the moment I don't think anything, I'm just installing. I'll post my thoughts later.

(Hey, the default name of the RT administrator is "Enoch Root" !)

Installation completed in one afternoon. I've created a few tickets, and two groups of users (one for bug reporters and one for bug fixers.) I haven't set up any mail interface, though (this is to be used for the moment as a pure web-based interface) but this doesn't look difficult at all (once you've got your MTA configuration right.)

This was RT 3 ; AFAIK the RT which is used on CPAN and on dev.perl.org is RT version 2.

The whole stuff runs under apache / mod_perl 1 / perl 5.8.1-to-be (I'm like that ;-) / linux / MySQL. Your -almost- usual LAMP platform.
