It was cold this weekend.
I paddled, but didn't have enough thermals.
I now search the best thermal in the world, and will not rest until I am toasty warm even on the coldest day.

I've got some lighter silk longjohns, and they work well as a first layer under my regular longjohns. No more freezing my butt off at deer camp!
