Well, not really torture, but quite annoying. I'm taking 48 CDs with me on holiday, no more and no fewer, and I must select which ones to take. This is troublesome as I only buy music I like (which might have something to do with the widespread availability of mp3s for sampling purposes -- but that's another story) so I must (not quite literally) decimate my collection for the duration. Worse, I must hope I don't suddenly have the urge to listen to Zadok the Priest, A Momentary Lapse of Reason or OK Computer.
