I might be addicted to outdoor tech, or I might just like having fun in the cold and wet, I'm not sure which is the more powerful obsession.
Firstly, there's the bovver boots, anyone fancy kicking in some bus shelters? (Or, more seriously, building some footpaths in deepest, darkest Wales?)
Then there's the self-inflating foam mattress, the shiny stuffs-really-small sleeping bag, the bag liner, the walking boots, the waterproofs, the stuffs-really-small waterproof, the thermal tops, the man-tights (well, thermal trousers, but I'd hate to seem butch), the dry cag, the wet cag, the wetsuit, the earwig... I don't think the list ends, and I'm hoping that my overdraft doesn't.

I've also discovered this. They really are fantastic, and warm, and roll up really small.
