Someone stole my aubergine (or eggplant, for those who are continentelly impaired) and my courgette. I wanted to eat those, dammit! The thieves declined to remove any onions, peppers, mushrooms, garlic or herbs. They are unlikely to have a good meal out of their heist. I was able to rescue the situation by roasting what they had left, and putting it on couscous.
