Well, those were very good weekends. For the frist time in a long time, I've been around when it's rained decently. This meant a fantastic trip to the Dart last weekend (one of the few "big water" rivers in the uk) and a pleasant bimble down the middle Usk this weekend, including a great little bandit run down a tributary.
It's great to get out a bit, and enjoy the wonderfulness that is the English countryside, even if it is incredibly cold this time of year. Now I just can't wait to upgrade my boat and get myself to the Alps in the summer.
