New Server

use Perl just moved to a new web server today. The DB didn't move, so there should be no migration issues with the data, just with the code. Let me know if anything is broken. And thanks to OSDN for their generosity in providing the machine.

New server

C'mon Pudge, the suspense is killing me. What kind of box is it, OS version, processor etc..

Geeks need to know these things :-)

And we need a frontpage story to discuss them in!

How many geeks does it take to change a server? One to change the server, ten to ask what kind of machine it is, twenty to express dismay at the participation of the company that made the machine, ten to chew out the unhappy twenty, five to say they have a better machine, thirty to say they wish they had a better machine...

:)

SOAP Interface?

garth on 2002-05-10T11:53:29

I know my track record with reporting problems with the SOAP interface isn't very good, but I doesn't look to have survived the move to the new server. All my attempts to read or write an entry through the interface come back with a '500 Internal Server Error' response.

D'oh! Yeah, I didn't install SOAP::Lite. Installed, so all should be well now. Thanks!
