I wrote Leap of Faith many years ago, and performed it exactly once: at my wedding, 10 years ago today. I've recorded it to mark the occasion.
Like other songs I've done, this one is big on the theme of how we can't know it all, and notes how that's a really good thing.
It was recorded with Logic, using only acoustic instruments: three guitar parts, and a cello, which I've not played in over 15 years.

Heh, it was odd to move back to it, but only because it's been so long. I forgot how much of a pleasure it is to play in fifths tuning. Especially in reading music: top line is A, middle line is D, bottom line is G. And first finger fourth position is equal to next string up (not quite as nice as fifth fret, but still).

Then you should just say "no" to Clawhammer BanjoPeople that can switch back and forth between instruments that are tuned in (predominantly) fourths and fifths amaze me. If I were to try that, my brain would lock up!:-)
