I was sitting on #perl the other day and the CPAN bot announces that Device::QuickCam had just been uploaded. CPAN's full of Device::* modules, like Device::Modem and Device::ParallelPort and the like, and I said "Yeah, but what about plot devices?"
And so
Acme::Device::Plot
was born. It's a framework at this point, and needs more work. Patches are, of course, welcome.
