Reading through Mac OS X For Unix Geeks turned up this pair of gems. pbcopy puts its input onto the Mac clipboard, and pbpaste spews the clipboard to stdout.
No more do I need to mail myself output from a program so that I can copy & paste it into a GUI program.
$ man pbcopy
