When last we left your intrepid author, I called for volunteers to take over Simon Cozens' vast array of modules. Thanks to all of you for the response, and for your patience while I sort through them and deal with the rest of the world.
The list below shows all the modules and their new owners (or in the case of some modules, that had been the owners all along). I have transferred maintainer status to all the new owners listed below, but I already know there have been problems with some of the permissions, and those problems are beyond my control. If PAUSE doesn't show you as the owner of the module, and it's on this list as you owning it, please mail modules@perl.org, not me, and explain the situation. Autrijus, brian and others have been cleaning up problems as they arise, so please be patient.
