I'm working on my presentation for my OSCON presentation, using Keynote. I want to keep it in CVS, since I keep just about everything in CVS. Keynote's file format is wide-open, text-heavy, and multiple files. Are there any best practices here? Do I need to keep the thumbs/ directory?
