I just stumbled across a module called Apache::ASP which looks quite interesting. I am not a big fan of ASP-like applictions, but it could be worth while to investigate this one a bit.

Apache::ASP is one of the most under-rated web dev tools for Perl. If you like writing sites with in-line perl code, it's a great choice.
