saynoto0870 for the win. It seems that the 0845 number for nPower doesn't work well from skypeout. However, Joel pointed me at their site, and they didn't find me a cheaper geographical number to call, they found me an 0800 number. Free! Win! Now I can listen to their hold music at their expense, rather than mine.
