As I went down onto the Bakerloo Line platform today I was confronted by a new poster - a poster that yesterday was for some or other insurance company.
Today is it a shot of the torso of a well dressed woman with enormous white and green nail extensions. The message is something about "how will you spend the time you save?" and it's for a new comparison shopping site that has "millions of products from thousands of stores".
Problem is, that I can't remember its name.
Something failed there, didn't it? :-)

As figured out by a couple of people at work, it was doorone.co.uk, which is a shopping.com brand.
But I still like An Appraisal of the Utility of a Chocolate Teapot so I'll gratuitously link to it here.

When you write the URL like that I read it as "Doo Rone". Not very catchy.Re:Was it..

Good point. I think that they write it DoorOne. At least they were wise enough to also acquire door1.co.uk

I've often commented that domain names with numbers in are a bad idea; kudos to them for at least anticipating that people would mistype it.
