I went into Somerfield, the local supermarket, to buy milk and @stuff. It was Christmas in there:
- Chocolate croissants and other pastries reduced to clear. I'll 'ave ee
- Bread rolls reduced to clear. I can freeze 'ee
- Mustard on a special offer - useful, as I'd just run out
- Breakfast cereal with 50% extra free
- Mature cheddar on special offer
- And then wow!
Lots of lovely little Stella Artois bottles. Reduced to half price. For no good reason. Now cheaper than the regular bottled beer special offers. I bought 24.
Mmmm...Stella

If I could only get my local purveyor to sell Stella here, it would be a happy day. I've not been able to get where I live, and would hate to have to fly to Europe only for the beer.

I'm sure if you fly into a town with a .pm group, they'd provide you with good company too ;)
