kornet have a spam problem. I'm getting a lot of spam from their IP addresses, and it seems that they aren't anywhere near in control, as the same IP addresses keep sending me spam. I report spam to them, and nothing happens. Well, until today:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

  abuse@kornet.net
    SMTP error from remote mailer after MAIL FROM: SIZE=4145:
    host mx.kornet.net [211.48.62.135]: 550 5.1.8 you are not allowed to send mail.

Of *course* they have a spam problem ...

... they're Korean. My mail sewer refuses to talk to Korea because they have so many spammers and no-one there has ever sent me legitimate mail. I only wish I could block the world's biggest source of shit, the US - but sadly that would block too much legitimate mail.
