No, it's not that early any more, and I had lots of caffeine already - but I'm still tired.
I am lucky however - now I know what my son uses irc for:
He likes Flash and does all sorts of things with it: animations, little games and so on. He often went to a Flash-chat, which was a web-chat first, but now this has been converted to irc.
That's where he wanted to go.
He'll discover other channels soon enough, I guess.
