Data on March 28th Sumatra quake and Indian Ocean nano-tsunami

Reports that a tsunami was expected but not found are inaccurate -- it was found. But the description that the warning system is starting to work in the Indian Ocean is good. [UPDATED PARAGRAPH]

• UNESCO's nascent Indian Ocian Tsunami (IOT) Warning Center's Sumatra event Page has detailed sea-level track on March 28th with Graphics of ocean-level from BAKOSURTANAL, the Indonesian National Coordinating Agency for Surveys and Mapping (~ USGS). Includes residuals showing solitary wave arrivals.
