PCT html dump

Patrick Michaud has been doing great work (PGE, NQP, PCT, Perl 6 compiler, ... ) for a long time. Other people have fun too, including me. I have been working on PCT (HLLCompiler) html dump. I have done part of work for 'parse' and 'past' compiler targets. See example html dumps for Perl 6 and LOLCODE compilers.

Cool! I think I'll do the same for Scheme-XML, in order to make work on Eclectus easier.
